OUR FOUNDING STORY
How Invoyces came about.
The origin story
Our founders started a retail business from their bedrooms a few years back and turned it into a 7 figure annual revenue business. They sourced their products from manufacturers and distributors around the world.
They received 100-200 invoices every month from manufacturers and distributors. All files are in PDF format, and each invoice from suppliers has a unique format.
The problem
In the beginning, they had to manually input the data from each file into their accounting software. As their business grew, the number of invoices they received also grew proportionally.
They added more people to their team to help with the invoices. It was costly but necessary. However, the process of inputting the invoices remained the same: repetitive, daunting, and time-consuming.
They noticed a trend among their fellow business owners: They have to deal with a large quantity of input and output invoices on a monthly basis. It was a clear problem.
The solution
The founders started Invoyces to make a change for businesses by eliminating the daunting task of manual data entry. —so any business, anywhere in the world, could concentrate on forging new opportunities.
